The city of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) is hosting a free Landlord/Tenant Workshop from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 15, at the NSD West Facility, 3325 W. Flower St., Suite 100.
The workshop will provide information on the legal rights of landlords and tenants, fair housing laws, the Police Department’s Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program, the Section 8 Program and the Phoenix Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance.
