GYR to Get a Visit from the B-29

A B-29 will arrive at Phoenix Goodyear Airport on April 21 and depart April 27. The aircraft will be flying twice daily on April 26 and 27. B-29 DOC is one of 1,644 B-29 Superfortress bombers built by The Boeing Company in Wichita, Kan., during World War II, and it’s one of only two B-29 bombers still airworthy and flying today.
